The new round of the “Young Cell Scheme” master’s scholarship program has opened for the academic year 2023-2024 and is considered one of the most important projects of the European Union in Kosovo.
Deputy Prime Minister, Besnik Bislimi, and the head of the European Union Office in Kosovo, Tomas Szunyog, have called on young people to apply for this program, which helps improve the public administration in Kosovo.
Bislimi said that the government remains committed to the process of reforms in public administration and described this project as one of the best opportunities that ensures transparency within the civil service.
