The incumbent Government is trying to establish a new Institute for investigation of war crimes, committed during the last war in Kosovo. The officials, who are working to establish this institute, say that all of this is being done in order to create a collective memory about the war in Kosovo.
The chairwoman of the working group, Furtuna Shermeti, said that as a working group, they are trying to use the best practices in order to document the crimes committed during the war.
