Meanwhile, the executive officer of the Municipal Election Commission in Suhareka, Skënder Qelaj, said over the phone that the issue of heating at polling stations is not within his competence.
Bali Muharremaj from the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo and Ardian Shala from the Democratic League of Kosovo are competing for the position of mayor of Suhareka.
