The Mayor of Kamenica, Qëndron Kastrati, calls the decision of the Minister of Education, Arbërie Nagavci, to organize accelerated alternative education for 441 students in the villages of this municipality, “irresponsible and tendentious behavior” to hinder the reform launched in education.
The Municipality of Kamenica undertook a series of actions where some schools in some villages of Kamenica were closed and merged due to the low number of students. Such a thing was opposed by students, parents and teachers who had also organized protests and strikes.
