The High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borell, today (Thursday) will hold meetings in Brussels with the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti and the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic. However, it is not yet known if there will be a tripartite meeting to discuss the de-escalation of the situation in the north of Kosovo.
