Two days before the next meeting between Kosovo and Serbia, Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti tried to gather the leaders of all political parties. But only four parliamentary parties have responded to him, whose leaders have sent low-level political representatives.
Without the presence of the two largest opposition parties, LVV and PDK, Hoti met his fellow party member in the LDK, Agim Veliu, the Minister of Justice from AAK, Selim Selimi, the general secretary of NISMA, Bilall Sherifi, as well as AKR member Jetlir Zymberaj.
