The Serbian List has sent the Kurti Government to the Constitutional Court. The Serbian List said in a Facebook post that it made the complaint on behalf of ten Serb MPs from its list and MPs from the United Gorani Party.
The announcement states that according to the Constitution, the Serbian List should have two ministries.
