4 deaths and 774 new cases of COVID-19 have been reported in the last 24 hours in Kosovo. This was announced by the National Institute of Public Health of Kosovo (NIPHK). During the last 24 hours, in the Laboratory of Molecular Microbiology in NIPHK and private laboratories with RT-PCR method, as well as public and private laboratories with RAT method, were tested a total of 3,586 samples taken from UCHSK and tracking of case contacts in the field, of which 774 cases resulted positive.
The total number of positive cases is 88,755 cases out of 418,488 people suspected of being infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus, while the total number of deaths is 1,844. In the last 24 hours, 903 patients have been cured, the total number of cured to date is73,318 cases, while the number of active cases is 13,593.
