After the case of the rape of the 11-year-old girl, as a moral act, the Director of the Directorate for the Treatment of Prisoners and Juveniles at the Kosovo Correctional Service (KCS), Ali Gashi, has resigned.

Gashi resigned after one of the suspects was detained for several criminal offences…
