The Office of the President of the Republic of Kosovo, today submitted the comments to the Constitutional Court regarding the merits of the request of the claims of the claimants for the assessment of the constitutionality of Decree No. 24/2020 of the President of the Republic of Kosovo, dated 30.04.2020, by which Decree, according to the proposal of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Mr. Avdullah Hoti has been proposed to the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo as a candidate for Prime Minister to form the new Government.
