On World Cancer Day, the Ministry of Health has announced that they have established a working group, consisting of professionals from various fields, with the aim of developing the State Program for Cancer Control in Kosovo.
World Cancer Day is marked worldwide on February 4.
The goal is to inform and encourage people about the prevention, early detection and treatment of cancer.
This year’s theme is “close the care gap,” which is about understanding the disparities in cancer care and taking action to address them.
