The Court of Appeals of Kosovo has rejected as unfounded the appeals of the defense lawyers for the indictment against the former ministers of the government “Thaçi 2”, Mimoza Kusari-Lila, Besim Beqaj, Dardan Gashi, Nenad Rashiq, Fllanza Hoxha and Arben Gjuka, who are accused of abusing their official position or authority in the case of Hydropower Plants.
