The goal of Albanian companies is to expand the market in Kosovo

Hako meat products were presented to many companies of six Balkan countries. The 27-year-old company, whose products are already on the shelves of Kosovo markets, has been holding meetings with foreign companies for four days in a row, in order to expand the market.

Sales chief Ina Selfo told KosovaPress that their mission is to expand the market throughout Kosovo.

“Hako is a company that sells sausages, we are currently working in Albania and we are pleased to enter the Kosovo market. I am glad that we participated in this fair in order to present ourselves to the Balkans in addition to Kosovo. We had the pleasure of establishing ties with Kosovo, with individuals, with companies with which we can expand our presence in Kosovo, we only have a few months in Kosovo, but it seems to me that business is going very well, and here we have the opportunity to deepen relations with you”, she says.

According to her, it is important to be a participant in the International Fair in Tirana in order to remove barriers to the movement of goods.

“A bigger market means more opportunities; our company has large capacities that can support even wider production. This is the primary reason why we are here, the Kosovo market is still in its infancy and it seems to be a very positive trend, if with this nature of work, with the concept, customer and customer taste, we are a company that develops according to consumer taste. Fortunately, people in the the Balkans have similar tastes, and we can use the experience with Kosovo in the countries of the region,” she added.

In the Palace of Congress in Tirana, for the four days that the fair lasted, the company “Hako” did not have a stand for the presentation of products. However, they held Business-to-Business meetings with well-known Balkan companies.

“We have 27 years on the market, I believe that it is enough to consolidate in our country, so we could have taken the step earlier, but when you are in the right positions in your home, you have the opportunity to go abroad. So, the fair is business-oriented, not to general public because the public actually knows. The consumer is oriented towards business and entering into partnerships in expanding the distribution of product channels, which is therefore suitable for companies that want to take innovative steps to connect with a larger market,” she said.

The largest international business fair is organized by Klik Expo Group at the Congress Palace in Tirana. The fair brought together companies from many areas in the six Western Balkans. News agency KosovaPress and the Albanian Telegraph Agency were the media sponsors of the fair. Both were participants in the International Trade Fair with their stands.
