The concrete involvement of major Western powers in the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue is expected to bear fruit. Yesterday’s visit of the high delegation of international emissaries to Kosovo and Serbia is expected to energize the dialogue process towards reaching an agreement between the parties, which may include mutual recognition, say the experts of the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue process. However, according to them, based on the statement of the EU representative for the dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, Kosovo has serious objections to the EU’s proposal, although it considers it as a good basis for reaching the final agreement.
