The Assembly of Kosovo will hold a plenary session on October 19, in which, among other things, the first review of the draft code of criminal procedure will take place. In addition, a series of draft laws submitted by the Ministry of Health will be reviewed at this session.
The head of the MPs of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Abelard Tahiri said that the code of criminal procedure is a document that should be approved and enter into force as soon as possible, emphasizing that it was a draft code that was initially approved at the time when he was Minister of Justice, but returned to government after the resignation of the then Prime Minister.
