The Court of Appeals has confirmed 11 years in prison for the war crimes defendant.
The press release states that the Court of Appeals found that the actions of the accused D.K, undertaken during the last war in Kosovo, specifically between March 25-27, 1999, met all elements of the criminal offense “war crimes against the civilian population”.
