The American company ‘Countour Global’, which was contracted for the construction of the “Kosova e Re” Power Plant, and which withdrew from the project some time ago, has sued Kosovo in the Arbitration Court.
The Contour Global contract has already gone to Arbitration. This is announced by the Ministry of Economy and Environment through a press release.
