The Basic Court in Prishtina, has started the hearing for the initial review against the Minister of Environment and Spatial Planning and Infrastructure, Liburn Aliu, who is being charged with the criminal offense of abuse of office during his time as Director of Urbanism in the Municipality of Prishtina.
Together with Aliu, other defendants are Ardian Olluri, Nazife Krasniqi, Bahtie Uka, Mimoza Berisha Prestreshi, and Zejnulla Rexhepi.
