On the occasion of the Independence Day of the United States of America and as a sign of gratitude for all that the USA has done for the people of Kosovo, the “Bedri Kamberi” mosque in Prishtina has raised the American flag today.
The imam of this mosque, Labinot Maliqi, expressing heartfelt gratitude to the USA, said that America played an important role in the liberation of Kosovo. According to him, our friend, ally and big brother is the United States of America.
The United States of America celebrates Independence Day today. July 4 marks the 248th anniversary of the declaration of independence. Independence Day in the USA is celebrated with grand parades, family celebrations, and ends with fireworks. /A. Shala
