Through a letter, the former president of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi, had announced his resignation to the three heads of Kosovo institutions.
In Thaçi’s letter, provided by KosovaPress, he announced his resignation from the post of President, to the Speaker of the Assembly, Vjosa Osmani, Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti and President of the Constitutional Court, Arta Rama-Hajrizi.
