Former Kosovo chief negotiator in the dialogue with Serbia, Edita Tahiri, does not think that an agreement between two countries can be reached soon.
She says that Kosovo is not prepared for the final phase because there is no political unity or national unity about the dialogue platform. She reiterates that there should be no changing of borders, because this would destabilize the Balkans.
