Former Kosovo Ambassador to the US, Avni Spahiu, urges institutional leaders to strengthen Albanian diplomacy and lobby in America, to renew contacts with Congress in Washington. After the letter of the 16 members of the US Congress sent to President Biden in support of Serbia, Spahiu says that the latter is trying to approach the new US administration through lies.
