Yesterday the Socialist Party marked the 30th anniversary, where Rama has notified that an objective of the third term will be the revolution in the administration to save the country from employment in the state out of competition or merit.
In the congress, Gramoz Ruçi announced that he will finally retire from politics after 30 years in the Socialist Party, while the Socialists were joined by the daughter of the late Bashkim Fino, Megi.
