The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, welcomed his Albanian counterpart, Edi Rama, with a state ceremony, KosovaPress reports.
The welcome ceremony included full state honors, featuring a red carpet, a ceremonial guard lineup, and the playing of the national anthems of both countries.
Following the official ceremony, the two prime ministers are scheduled for a one-on-one meeting, as well as a joint session with their respective delegations.
After the meeting, Kurti and Rama will not hold a press conference.
Rama is on an official visit to Kosovo, during which he also met with President Vjosa Osmani and attended the inauguration of the book “When Silence Speaks” by former ambassador Ahmet Shala.
