The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, received the Prime Minister of the Republic of Albania, Edi Rama, in a meeting. The media have been allowed to take pictures of the reception in front of the Presidency building, while no joint press conference has been planned.
As part of the 25th anniversary of the liberation of Kosovo, President Osmani will host a meeting with the former Prime Minister of Great Britain, Tony Blair.
Rama will also participate in the international conference “Rugova and the West”, on the 25th anniversary of the liberation of Kosovo where Massimo D’Alema – former prime minister of Italy, Vincenzo Paglia – president of the Pontifical Academy for Life, Jeffrey Hovenier – US ambassador to Kosovo will also participate.
Meanwhile, in the afternoon, the mayor of Prishtina, Përparim Rama, will meet with the Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, where he will be awarded the “Key to the City” award.
