Preparations are coming to an end; the trial panel is expected to set the date of the start of the trial against Pjetër Shala

The trial panel in the case against Pjetër Shala, in The Hague, is expected to issue a decision to set the date of the start of the judicial process.

In the preparatory conference in the Kosovo Specialist Chambers, the president of the trial panel, Mappie Veldt Foglia, said that in addition they will issue a decision for the victims participating in the judicial process as well as a decision for the full recognition of the witnesses.

She said that in the following period, the trial panel will issue a decision on the admissibility of the evidence.
