The administrator of the American Agency for International Development (USAID), Samantha Power, has said that the Association must adhere to the principles presented by the adviser of the American Department of State, Derek Chollet, and the envoy for the Balkans, Gabriel Escobar.
In her visit to Kosovo, she gave the messages of the Biden Administration, about the dialogue with Serbia and the recent agreement reached between the two countries.
She emphasized that the agreement must be implemented in its entirety, while also mentioning the establishment of the Association of municipalities with a Serbian majority in Kosovo as an emergency.
