The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, has said that Serbia cannot dream of being part of NATO, as long as it violates the main values of the North Atlantic Alliance.
According to her, anyone who considers Serbia close to NATO offends not only every democratic state but also all the victims of Milosevic’s Serbia.
Reacting to the statement of the American ambassador in Belgrade, Christopher Hill, who said that Serbia is closer to NATO than Kosovo, the head of the country said that Serbia still sleeps on mass graves and that it has not yet faced its genocidal past.
Osmani made these comments to journalists, after the address on the second day of the “Women’s Week 2024” conference. /KosovaPress/
