Today, President Vjosa Osmani met with the ambassador of Austria in Kosovo, Christoph Weidinger, with whom she discussed the latest developments in the north.
Osmani reiterated that Kosovo’s institutions are committed to continue full coordination with international partners, as they have been coordinated until now.
She demanded that the European Union raise its voice more against Serbia’s destabilizing tendencies in Kosovo and the region.
Furthermore, in the meeting with Ambassador Weidinger, she emphasized that Kosovo remains committed to contributing to peace and stability in the country and the region.
Osmani emphasized that Kosovo expects Austria’s ongoing support for the visa liberalization process, as well as membership in international organizations.
In the context of the discussion with Ambassador Weidinger, President Osmani also spoke about the organization of the Forum for Women, Peace and Security, in October in Pristina.
