On the one-year anniversary of the murder of the former member of the Kosovo Liberation Army, Qerim Kelmendi, institutions are being criticized, which have not yet managed to solve this case. Kelmendi is said to have survived the war but not the peace.
At the memorial academy, activist Binak Ulaj said that the grief for his physical absence is increasing, when it is known how Qerim Kelmendi was murdered.
