The lack of political stability, where only last year, three governments were changed, according to the ambassador of Albania, Qemal Minxhozi, it also reflects on the issue of dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia. He says commitment is needed to reach an agreement between Kosovo and Serbia, because resolving the stalemate between the two countries paves the way for efficient regional multilateral development.
In an interview for KosovaPress, Minxhozi also talks about visa liberalization, economic cooperation between Kosovo and Albania during the pandemic, as well as Balkan mini-Schengen.
