The MP of the parliamentary group of Vetëvendosje, Mimoza Kusari-Lila accused the Minister of Economy and Environment (MEE), Blerim Kuçi, of providing a water permit to the company “Kelkos Energy” in violation of the Law on Waters.
At the interpellation that she initiated, the opposition MP said that with the issuance of long-term licenses (40 years) for the production of electricity to the company “Kelkos Energy” for HPP “Deçani” and HPP “Belaja”, violates the human right to drinking water.
