Kurti: With the attack on the Jashari family, Serbia thought to end the liberation war

Prime Minister Albin Kurti said that the resistance and sacrifice of the Jashari family marks the key turning point in the history of Kosovo. He emphasized that when Serbia hit the heroic family, it thought it was extinguishing the liberation war. This is what he declared at the beginning of the government meeting, where, among other things, he mentioned the dates marked during this month.

The chief executive in front of the government cabinet said that March marks the month of resistance and the liberation war of the KLA. Kurti said that the month of March begins with resistance and heroism, then continues with suffering and sacrifice and ends with the help of allies and international friends.

He said that during the month of March, Kosovo remembers hundreds of massacres carried out on the civilian population, children, elderly, women and men.

Part of the state agenda, Kurti added that it is also the manifestation in honor of the anniversary of the student demonstration in 1881. The head of the executive also mentioned Teacher’s Day, where he said that teaching is one of the noblest callings in life.

Prime Minister Albin Kurti said that March is also the holy month of Ramadan, which, according to him, brings support and unity to those who are most in need.
