The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, has stated that with his government and the measures they have taken as an executive, corruption is not listed as one of the biggest problems of the executive as it was during the previous governments.
He even said that by the end of this year, Kosovo will have the Anti-Corruption Strategy.
The head of the Kosovar executive made these comments at the Regional Conference “Best Practices for the Prevention of Corruption – from Policy to Regional Action for the Prevention of Corruption”, organized by the United Nations Development Program-UNDP.
Kurti said that the endemic and systematic corruption that spread to all public institutions with his government has been stopped.
He said that during the past governments, corruption was structured starting from the highest local institutions.
