The Speaker of the Assembly of Kosovo, Glauk Konjufca, stated today (Saturday) that diaspora remains the foundation of every achievement of the state of Albania and Kosovo, while he asked both Albanian Republics to create mechanisms for preserving and protecting the identity, culture, and the Albanian language, as well as make the diaspora a decisive component of economic development.
Speaking in the hall of the plenary session of the Assembly of Kosovo in front of a number of Albanians who live and work in other countries as part of the “Diaspora speaks” conference, Konjufca called on the state of Albania and Kosovo to do more for education of children in the diaspora.
