“Justice Today” identifies numerous shortcomings in the indictments of the Special Prosecution

The “Justice Today” platform, from the Group for Legal and Political Studies (GLPS) has identified a number of shortcomings in some of the indictments of the Special Prosecution and Basic Prosecutions, related to corrupt criminal offenses.

Rreze Hoxha-Zhuja from GLPS said that based on the analysis of the cases “Land 1 and Land 2”, the case “Veterans” and the case “Pronto”, shortcomings were found in identifying the incriminating actions of the accused, not accurately determining the value of the damage (lack of financial expertise) and not defining the injured party.
