The Assembly of Kosovo today makes the second review of the Draft Law on Economic Recovery – COVID-19. Part of this draft law is the possibility to withdraw 10% of personal savings from the Trust. If citizens are divided over the idea of withdrawing funds from the Trust, the CDHRF considers the limitation of the withdrawal percentage to be unserious and blackmailing.
