On Friday, the incumbent Prime Minister of Kosovo, Avdullah Hoti, paid homage to the Memorial Complex in Reçak, to mark the 22nd anniversary of the Reçak massacre.
After laying wreaths in honor of all the victims, Hoti said that the terrible massacre that happened 22 years ago, has made the world aware about the situation in Kosovo.
