The incumbent Prime Minister of Kosovo, Avdullah Hoti has sent a congratulatory letter to the US Secretary of State, Antony Blinken.
In his congratulatory letter, Hoti expressed his commitment to accelerate efforts to reach a normalization agreement between Kosovo and Serbia.
