“The Change”, is the title of the film that tells the story of a young man who falls prey to a fraudster and the same is a user of narcotic substances. The short film was shown today in Prishtina by the EULEX mission and the Kosovo Correctional Service, which describes the rehabilitative journey of a juvenile who was in conflict with the law. The head of EULEX has said that minors after serving their sentence are facing difficulties to return to society. Whereas, the Minister of Justice emphasized that they are committed to addressing the problems that minors are facing.
