The Minister of Justice, Albulena Haxhiu, while reporting before the Ad-hoc Commission for the Development of the Transitional Evaluation Process or the vetting process, stated that the file for this process which was submitted in September to the Assembly of Kosovo consists of nine documents, where the main part is that of the draft with constitutional amendments, which she considers ready for evaluation by the Constitutional Court.
Haxhiu considered securing 2/3 of the votes of the Kosovo Assembly for this process a challenge, but asked for support to secure the votes, especially of the communities…
