The Group for Legal and Political Studies (GLPS) has presented an analysis which shows that the Special Prosecution has filed a small number of cases for organized crime. Whereas, Kosovo courts have managed to resolve a small number of cases in this category.
This was said in a press conference of GLPS regarding “Treatment of Organized Crime cases by the Prosecution and Basic Courts of the Republic of Kosovo for the period June 2019-August 2021”.
