The Basic Court in Prishtina – Special Department sentenced the accused F.M. to six months in prison for the criminal offense of fraud with subsidies, with the proposal and consent of the parties that the remaining part of the sentence is replaced with a fine of 5000 euros, while the time spent in detention on remand from 30.06.2021- 12.11.2021 is calculated in the sentence with the fine imposed.
The amount of 27 thousand Euros is confiscated from the accused, while he is obliged to pay the total amount of 109,520 Euros in the name of the damage caused.
