Serbia has received over €500 million from Kosovo from the Transmission, but our country is expected to control its energy borders by the end of July, finally, leaving the Serbia-Montenegro and Northern Macedonia regulatory bloc and joining the regulatory bloc of Kosovo-Albania energy systems.
As a result of the new connection agreement between KOSTT and the European Network of Transmission System Operators for Energy (ENTSO), the Minister of Economy and Environment, Blerim Kuçi, in an interview for KosovaPress, said that the use of the 400 kW energy “Highway” with Albania, is expected to start at the end of July or the beginning of August and the benefits will be two-sided.
