A person was arrested after he hit a Kosovar male victim with a vehicle. The victim had stopped the car on the emergency lane of the “Ibrahim Rugova” highway, and got out of the car. As a result, the victim died at the scene.
By decision of the prosecutor, the suspect was taken into custody, while the lifeless body of the victim was sent to IFM for autopsy.
