At the discussion table with the topic “Prevention of counterfeit drugs: Facts and figures” organized by the American Chamber of Commerce in Kosovo, it was highlighted that within a year, about 1 million people die from counterfeit drugs.
In this case, the head of Research, Development ‘Hoffmann – La Roche’, Pius Waldmeier, is trying to protect patients from these drugs.
He has shown that the topic of drug counterfeiting is global, that’s why the assessments, according to him, are different.
