So said the spokesman of the Central Election Commission, Valmir Elezi, who announced that today is also expected to begin the counting of votes which have come through the mail.
Meanwhile, the CEC voting service on Friday at midnight has completed the process of review of about 43 thousand and 500 packages of alleged ballots. From the preliminary results, about 53 thousand 600 envelopes with ballots were approved, while about 20 thousand 400 envelopes were rejected.
