According to some research reports, 20% of the schools in the country do not have libraries at all, while 70% of the existing libraries do not have suitable and attractive titles for children. Some mini-libraries that were set up in Prishtina have been damaged, often by the students themselves. The students’ relationship with the book does not seem to be what it used to be.
