After President Joe Biden, also the US Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, through a letter congratulated Serbia on its national day.
In a letter to Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, Blinken mentioned to Serbia the recognition of Kosovo, asking for a comprehensive agreement as well as mutual recognition.
