The Mayor of Bujanovc, Nagip Arifi, supports the Government of Kosovo for non-participation in the regional initiative “Open Balkan”. Arifi told KosovaPress that this initiative is not for an open Balkans, as Serbia does not recognize the state of Kosovo.
